Brent Young
PT, MPT
Brent was born and raised in a close-knit, agricultural community near Louisburg, North Carolina, in Franklin County. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994, then earned a Master in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 1999.
Brent has over 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and enjoys building productive and lasting relationships with people. His treatment approach entails utilizing hands-on therapy techniques, in conjunction with restorative therapeutic exercises, to empower patients to achieve optimal function and independence. Brent has certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Functional Dry Needling. He also has extensive experience in McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concept and Integrative Manual Therapy Solutions.
In his free time, Brent enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to people’s life stories, yard work, camping and hiking.
