Jennifer Catalfano
PT, DPT, LAT, ATC
Jennifer graduated from Elon University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Athletic Training from Elon. While as an undergraduate at Elon, Jennifer served as a student athletic trainer and was awarded the Outstanding Athletic Training Major of the Year Award and the Rhodes-Ford Service Scholarship Sports Medicine Award. She worked as a certified athletic trainer at the collegiate level prior to pursuing a career in physical therapy. Jennifer continues to maintain her certification as a National Athletic Training Association Certified Athletic Trainer.
As a physical therapist, Jennifer is certified in SASTM, Integrative Dry Needling and has extensive training in manual therapy techniques including Mulligan Concept, Integrative Manual Therapy Solutions (IMTS), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). She utilizes these techniques in her clinical practice along with functional therapeutic exercise to help her patients achieve their maximal level of function. Jennifer also has a strong background in aquatic physical therapy.
In her spare time, Jenn enjoys traveling, playing softball, and hanging out with her dog Maggie.
